Pre-Registration form

Acceptable Documents for UK Employment Registration:

  • Passport: A valid passport from the candidate’s home country. For British citizens, a passport with an expired date may also be accepted as proof of identity.
  • National Identity Card: For EU citizens, a national identity card from their home country.
  • Birth Certificate with National Insurance Number: Birth certificate along with the candidate’s National Insurance Number (NIN), issued by the UK government.
  • Proof of National Insurance Number: Documents like P60, Official GOV letter.
  • Proof of Address: Documents like utility bills, bank statements, or a tenancy agreement to verify the candidate’s current address in the UK.
  • Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) Card: For those who hold one, this card verifies immigration status and entitlements while living in the UK.
  • EU Settlement Scheme Status: For EU citizens living in the UK, settled or pre-settled status granted through the EU Settlement Scheme.
  • Evidence of Right to Work Checks: Any other documents requested by the employer during the right to work check process, such as a letter from the Home Office confirming permission to work.

  1. Start Registration: To begin the registration process, please scroll to the bottom of the registration form and press “Continue.
  2. Complete the Document: Follow the prompts within Adobe Sign to complete the document and add your electronic signature where required.
  3. Review and Confirm: Carefully review the document to ensure accuracy. Once satisfied, confirm your signature.
  4. Sign Electronically: Once you’ve reviewed the document(s) and are ready to sign, follow the prompts within the Adobe Sign interface to add your electronic signature. 
  5. Finish and Check Your Email: After completing the document signing process, check your email inbox for a confirmation message. Your signed application will be sent to the email address you provided.
  6. Confirmation: Once you’ve submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your application.
  7. Application Review: Our HR team will carefully review your application and qualifications. Please allow sufficient time for this process.
  8. Further Steps: If your qualifications match our requirements, you will be contacted for further steps, such as interviews or assessments.

If you are using a mobile phone or tablet, please rotate it horizontally. However, for the best experience, we recommend filling out the pre-registration form on a computer. But if that’s not possible, please proceed with your mobile device. There are 12 places to be filled in the form

Check Your Email: After completing the document signing process, check your email inbox for a confirmation message. Your signed application will be sent to the email address you provided.
